The G43 & K43 safety plunger blocks the sear action in the reciever.
The safety plunger is pushed forward into the receiver when the safety lever is turned and blocks the sear motion that is activated by the trigger.
When replacing the sear or safety plunger, we also recommend to replace the safety plunger.
